Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product or service from Gill’s Studio. By placing an order, making a payment, or downloading any digital product from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About Gill’s Studio

Gill’s Studio is operated by a sole trader providing web design services and digital products including but not limited to: custom website design, WordPress websites, Canva websites, digital templates, stock photos, Reels packs, and YouTube content. All services and products are provided under the terms outlined on this page.

2. Services

2.1 Custom Website Design & WordPress Websites

All custom design and WordPress website projects require full or partial payment before work begins. Payment details and project start dates are confirmed via email after initial consultation.
The quoted price covers the agreed scope of work only. Any additional requests, pages, or features outside the original brief may result in additional charges, which will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
WordPress websites and custom design websites remain under the management and ownership of Gill’s Studio at all times. The client receives access to their website content and front-end experience but the technical infrastructure, design files, and backend remain protected. Unauthorized migration, copying, reproduction, or resale of any design or website built by Gill’s Studio is strictly prohibited.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content — text, images, logos, and branding materials — within the agreed timeframe. Delays in providing content may result in a delayed start date or project postponement.
Gill’s Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before project completion.

2.2 Canva Websites

Canva website services include theme selection, customization, installation, and a personal manual for self-editing.
Once the completed Canva website has been delivered and accepted by the client, the project is considered closed.
The client may edit their Canva website freely after delivery using the provided manual. Gill’s Studio is not responsible for changes made by the client after delivery.

2.3 Monthly Care Package

All WordPress and custom design websites are subject to a mandatory monthly care package of €100 per month.
This is a non-negotiable condition of service. Gill’s Studio retains management and technical control over all delivered websites in order to protect the integrity, security, and ownership of the original design work.
The monthly care package covers regular updates, security monitoring, maintenance, and technical support.
The care package begins automatically upon website launch and is billed monthly via Stripe.
The client may not migrate, copy, transfer, or hand the website to a third party for management without explicit written consent from Gill’s Studio.
Should a client wish to terminate the monthly care package, Gill’s Studio reserves the right to take the website offline as the design, technical infrastructure, and backend remain the intellectual property of Gill’s Studio.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Stock Photos, Reels Packs & YouTube Content

All digital products sold on this website are delivered as downloadable ZIP files.
Upon successful payment, the download link is provided immediately or via email.
All digital products are for personal and commercial use by the purchasing client only. Resale, redistribution, sharing, or reselling of any digital product — in original or modified form — is strictly prohibited.
Gill’s Studio retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all digital products sold on this website.

3.2 No Refund Policy on Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed or the download link has been issued.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility with third-party software.

4. Payments

Gill’s Studio accepts payment exclusively via Stripe — a secure, internationally trusted payment processor accepting all major credit and debit cards. For website design only bank transfer is possible.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
All Stripe transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Gill’s Studio does not store or have access to your card details at any point.
For service projects, work does not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
For digital products, access is granted upon confirmed payment.
Gill’s Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Services

Deposits and payments made for service projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administration and scheduling costs.
If Gill’s Studio is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued once a download link has been accessed. See Section 3.2 for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, digital products, templates, photos, videos, and creative work produced or sold by Gill’s Studio remain the intellectual property of Gill’s Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients purchasing a service receive a license to use the delivered product for their own personal or business purposes. This does not constitute a transfer of copyright or ownership of the underlying design, code, or creative work.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or plagiarism of any work produced or sold by Gill’s Studio will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Turnaround Times & Availability

Project start dates and turnaround times are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to current availability.
Gill’s Studio operates with a limited number of active projects at any one time to ensure quality. Waitlist positions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
Gill’s Studio is not liable for delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gill’s Studio will always deliver work to the highest standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue, traffic, or search engine rankings as a result of our work.
Gill’s Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products.
Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.

9. Privacy

Gill’s Studio collects and processes client information solely for the purpose of delivering services and products. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

Gill’s Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
